With our Premium service plan you can save up to $200 annually per vehicle. The service includes 2 Pulse Cleanings and one Red Light Service (backpressure monitoring) per year. Removal and reinstallation is included with the Pulse Cleaning and the on-site Red Light Service is guaranteed within 24 hours.

Our Standard plan provides a cost-effective maintenance solution for your retrofit investment. The plan includes 2 Pulse Cleanings per year and can save up to $50 per vehicle.

New standards by the EPA and CARB can often be confusing and complex. Our staff will take away the uncertainty and guide you through every phase of the process including financial consultation and help applying for federal and state grants and programs.

Aside from the funds available from the federal and state government, we also have financing options available.

After your consultation you will be provided with an assessment report evaluating your existing vehicles and provide a complete, detailed plan for the most cost-effective means of compliance and maintenance using Best Available Current Technology (BACT).

McCoy Freightliner provides comprehensive fleet retrofitting and compliance services using Best Available Current Technology (BACT). On-site analysis of each engine will be performed and the data will be compiled in order to provide a complete long term compliance, finance, and maintenance solution.

After the assessment period, we will work with your organization to provide you with the information you need to ensure your compliance strategy is successful. Instruction and recommendations will be provided for all those involved including executives, management, and technicians.

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) remove particulate matter by filtering exhaust from the engine and can remove up to 90% of particulate emissions. Over time these filters can fill up and therefore require regular cleaning.

The cleaning process involves burning off accumulated particulate matter using a DPF Pulse Cleaner. McCoy Freightliner provides Pulse Cleaning services and provides you with complete maintenance records required to meet warranty requirements and maintain EPA and CARB compliance.

An exhaust temperature profile is the key to selecting the Best Available Current Technology (BACT). Our trained technicians will perform data logger installation on site and return to remove the device*. The data logger records exhaust temperature during normal operation for several days providing valuable information to select the proper level 1, 2, or 3 device for your vehicle.

After the data logging period, the results will be analyzed by our trained staff to provide the BACT and you will receive a report detailing each vehicle’s emissions profile.

The Filter Service Monitor detects excessive engine backpressure created by the flow restriction of an overloaded diesel particulate filter. A small monitor that mounts inside the cab has lights that indicate a higher than normal backpressure.

McCoy Freightliner offers on-site services to quickly correct any problems that may occur and minimize downtime. One Red Light Service per year also comes with our Premium Service Plan.
